Women’s Throws Athlete of the Week:
Reagan Claus (Crown Point, Ind.) Manchester University | Throws | Freshman - Reagan Claus set a new PR in the discus with a toss of 35.52m, a mark that currently sits at third in the HCAC. Claus also set an outdoor PR in the shot put with a throw of 11.50m. That mark ranks second in the conference.
Women’s Jumps Athlete of the Week:
Coco Truelove (Albion, Ind.) Manchester University | Sprints | Sophomore - Coco Truelove jumped 5.01m in long jump to win the Fightin’ Engineers Spring Classic. Her jump was a 18-centimeter PR and has her ranked fourth in the HCAC and 24th in the region.
Women's Sprints/Hurdles Athlete of the Week:
Olivia Sparks (Lexington, Ky.) Transylvania University | Sprints | Junior - Olivia Sparks had a great day at the Jim Vargo Invitational setting new PBs and Transylvania school records in the 400m and the 200m. She took the win in the 400m running 56.11, a PR of over 1.5 seconds, and also ran 24.92 over 200m. Her marks are both second all-time in HCAC history and currently place her sixth in the NCAA for 400m and 12th for 200m.
Women's Distance Athlete of the Week:
Jocelyn Onstot (Cary, Ill.) Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology | Distance | Junior - Jocelyn Onstot led the distance team this week for Rose-Hulman. Onstot started her week with a 13th-place finish in the 3000m steeplechase at the WashU Distance Carnival with a time of 11:05.58. This time breaks the Rose-Hulman school record in the event and currently leads the HCAC. Her time in the steeplechase also ranks sixth in the nation. Onstot then competed in the Fightin' Engineers Classic, earning an event win in the 800m run with a time of 2:21.76. Her time is the top time in the conference in the event and ranks third in the Rose-Hulman record book.

Throws
- Peyton Bundy (Fairborn, Ohio) Anderson University | Throws | Freshman - Peyton Bundy had three PRs at the Hanover Invitational. She improved her hammer throw by 2.1 meters, discus by 2.3 meters, and javelin by three meters.
- Timeria Jackson (Hot Springs, Ark.) Berea College | Throws | Senior - Timeria Jackson threw a lifetime best of 19.26m in the discus at the Landon Bond Classic.
- Asia Branch (Columbus, Ohio) Mount St. Joseph University | Throws | Junior - Asia Branch was winner in the hammer throw (38.60m) and runner-up in the discus (32.02m) this past weekend. She is top-10 in the conference in both events as well as top-five all-time in Mount St. Joseph history in both disciplines.
- Megan Korte (St. Louis, Mo.) Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology | Throws | Senior - Megan Korte led the throws team for Rose-Hulman with a second-place finish in the javelin with a mark of 29.20m. Korte's mark ranks fourth in the conference so far this season.
Jumps
- Oriana Perez Pena (Austin, Texas) Berea College | Jumps | Freshman - Oriana Perez Pena jumped 4.72m at the Landon Bond Classic. The mark landed her a third-place finish and the highest finish among Division III student-athletes at the meet.
- Audrey Edwards (Tucson, Ariz.) Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology | Jumps | Sophomore - Audrey Edwards was the top jumper for Rose-Hulman at the Fightin' Engineers Spring Classic. Edwards earned an event win in the high jump clearing a height of 1.58m. Her mark leads the HCAC in the conference this season.
Sprints/Hurdles
- Katie Ripberger (Falmouth, Ind.) Anderson University | Hurdles | Sophomore - Katie Ripberger won the 100m hurdles and the 400m hurdles and now sits fourth and third in the HCAC, in each respective event.
- Kristin Fischli (St. Petersburg, Fla.) Berea College | Sprints | Senior - Kristin Fischli had a senior day to remember. Kristin ran a personal best of 59.64 to win the open the 400m. She followed that up by leading her mixed 4x400m relay to a win, splitting another 59-second 400 and winning the event by nearly nine seconds.
- Sophie Minnick (North Liberty, Ind.) Manchester University | Sprints | Sophomore - Sophie Minnick ran 12.98 in the 100m, setting a .38-second PR. She also ran a 26.60 in the 200m, which was also a PR. Minnick was also part of the team that ran 50.31 in the 4x100m. These times are fifth, fifth and second in the HCAC this year, respectively.
- Sydney Williams (Norwood, Ohio) Mount St. Joseph University | Sprints | Junior - Sydney Williams posted runner-up finishes in both the 100m (13.04) & 200m (27.60) dashes with personal bests in both. She also anchored the winning 4x100m relay team (51.55).
- Rose Talbert (Monticello, Ill.) Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology | Sprints | Junior - Rose Talbert was exceptional in the Fightin' Engineers Spring Classic, picking up two event wins in the sprint events. She placed first in the 200m dash with a time of 25.38 and the 400m dash with a time of 57.26. Both of her times in the 200 and 400 rank second in the conference this season. Her 200 time ranks 34th in the nation, and her 400 ranks 21st in all of NCAA Division III.
Distance
- Hattie Harlow (Russiaville, Ind.) Anderson University | Distance | Freshman - Hattie Harlow hit the 1500m HCAC standard with a time of 5:22.06.
- Erika Maldonado (Blountsville, Ala.) Berea College | Distance | Sophomore - Erika Maldonado ran a personal best in the 800m at the Landon Bond Classic. She finished in 2:59.64, which is her first time going sub-3 minutes in her college career.
- Callie Swegman (Columbus, Ind.) Hanover College | Distance | Senior - Callie Swegman led Hanover as she competed as part of the 4x400m relay team that took the top spot on Saturday afternoon at the Hanover Invitational. The senior teamed up to win the event with a time of 4:32.65. She also competed on Friday in Saint Louis in the 10000m, finishing the race in a time of 38:12.57. The time ranks her sixth all-time among Hanover runners.
- Kadence Fox Manchester University | Distance | Freshman - Kadence Fox ran 18:49.18 breaking 19 minutes for the first time in her life. Her time is a more than 30 second improvement from her previous best and she is currently ranked fifth in the HCAC.
- Ella Detjen (Lexington, Ky.) Transylvania University | Distance | First-year - Ella Detjen took the win at the Jim Vargo Invitational, running a personal best of 17:36.40 for 5000m. Her mark is a new Transylvania school record and is currently 28th in the NCAA and fourth in the Great Lakes Region.
