Women’s Throws Athlete of the Week:
Sienna Slaughter (Louisville, Ky.) Mount St. Joseph University | Throws | Senior - Sienna Slaughter won the hammer throw this past weekend. Her throw of 47.78m breaks her own school record, ranks second in the conference, and ranks fourth in the region.
Women’s Jumps Athlete of the Week:
Prynces Robinson (Houston, Texas) Earlham College | Jumps | Sophomore - Prynces Robinson collected her second triple jump win in two weekends going 11.07m to lead the conference. She accompanied that performance with a third-place finish in the long jump where she sits third in the conference as well.
Women's Sprints/Hurdles Athlete of the Week:
Transylvania 4 x 400 Relay Transylvania University | Sprints - The 4x400m relay team consisting of Jatajza Pinkney, Hannah Cox, Peyton Tan, and Olivia Sparks ran 4:00.98 at the Centre Outdoor Invitational this week, setting a new school record as well as the fourth fastest mark in conference history. They are currently ranked first in the HCAC, fourth in the Great Lakes Region, and 40th in NCAA Division III.
Women's Distance Athlete of the Week:
Amanda Zerhusen (Cincinnati, Ohio) Mount St. Joseph University | Distance | Sophomore - Amanda Zerhusen posted another school record this weekend. Her time of 17:57.16 is second in the HCAC and 15th in the Great Lakes Region. She finished ninth at the Oliver Nikoloff meet at the University of Cincinnati.

Throws
- Timeria Jackson (Hot Springs, Ark.) Berea College | Throws | Senior - Timeria Jackson recorded a personal-best mark in the hammer throw at the Emory Dooley Elite on Saturday. Jackson opened the meet with a throw of 33.76m in the hammer throw. This mark was more than a five-meter improvement on her previous best mark.
- Berkley Shelton (Anderson, Ind.) Earlham College | Throws | Junior - Berkley Shelton earned her second straight javelin win and is currently second in the conference at 30.91m. She also placed fourth in the shot put at 10.29m, seventh in the discus, and 12th in the hammer. She is currently sitting top-10 in the javelin, hammer, and shot put in the conference.
- Abbigal Kohler (Warsaw, Ind.) Manchester University | Throws | Sophomore - Abbigal Kohler threw 37.38m in the discus, 11.48m in the shot put, and a personal-best 43.87 in the hammer throw. Her tosses currently rank first, fourth, and fourth, respectively, in the HCAC.
- Carolina Snyder-Perez (Houston, Texas) Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology | Throws | Senior - Carolina Snyder-Perez recorded two top-15 finishes at the Pacesetter Invitational. She placed 10th in the discus with a throw of 36.17m and 13th in the hammer throw with a throw of 42.10m.
Jumps
- Ashleigh Alcott (Clinton, Tenn.) Berea College | Jumps | Freshman - Ashleigh Alcott jumped a personal best of 4.23m at the Emory Dooley Elite Meet.
- Alaina Kellerman (Williamsburg, Ohio) Franklin College | Jumps | Freshman - Alaina Kellerman had a career best outdoor meet at the Manchester Invitational. She cleared 3.05m in the pole vault on Saturday. She is currently ranked third in the HCAC.
- Samantah Stetzel (Huntington, Ind.) Manchester University | Jumps | Freshman - Samantha Stetzel jumped 1.50m in high jump at the Manchester University Invitational. This jump has her ranked second in the HCAC and 25th in the region.
- Josie Rigdon (Louisville, Ohio) Mount St. Joseph University | Sprints | Sophomore - Josie won the pole vault at the JennaStrong Invitational and jumped a personal best in the triple jump.
- Irene Lema Madueno (Arcadia, Calif.) Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology | Jumps | Junior - Irene Lema Madueno recorded an eighth-place finish in the pole vault at the Pacesetter Invitational with a jump of 3.30m. Her jump ranks as the 16th best in the region.
Sprints/Hurdles
- Alexzandria Hampton (Cartersville, Ga.) Berea College | Sprints | Freshman - Alexzandria Hampton delivered a standout performance at the Emory Dooley Elite. Hampton ran two all-time personal bests. Alexzandria ran 1:01.64 to take second in her heat. The race is a nearly two-second improvement on her previous personal-best. She followed that up by running 26.94 in the 200m to set another personal best. Her marks put her eighth in both events respectively in the HCAC.
- Alexandria Mast (Bloomington, Ind.) Franklin College | Sprints | Freshman - Alexandria Mast won the 400m by nearly a full second in 59.48 and came back for a close second-place finish in the 200m at 27.02. She is currently ranked third and fourth in the HCAC in those events, respectively.
- Jay’ana Blakely (Westville, Ind.) Manchester University | Sprints | Senior - Jay’ana Blakely ran 12.74 in the 100m at the Manchester University Invitational. This time is .02 seconds off her PR and is currently ranked third in the HCAC and 27th in the region.
- Sydney Williams (Norwood, Ohio) Mount St. Joseph University | Sprints | Junior - Sydney Williams posted runner-up finish in the 100m dash, but held off the competition in the 200m for the win at the JennaStrong Invitational.
- Rose Talbert (Monticello, Ill.) Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology | Sprints | Junior - Rose Talbert recorded a second-place finish in the 400m at the Pacesetter Invitational with a time of 56.80. Her time currently ranks as the 17th fastest in NCAA Division III and fourth fastest in the region. She was also a part of Rose-Hulman's ninth-place finish in the 4x100m relay with a time of 49.21.

- Kristin Fischli (St. Petersburg, Fla.) Berea College | Distance | Senior - Kristin Fischli recorded a personal-best time of 2:19.43 in the 800m run at the Emory Dooley Elite on Saturday. Fischli's performance ranks first in the HCAC and ninth in the Great Lakes Region, while also standing as the third-fastest time in Berea College program history.
- Wynn Wellington (Goshen, Ind.) Franklin College | Distance | Senior - Wynn Wellington had a strong race in her steeplechase debut on Saturday at Manchester. Her time of 12:27.84 puts her fourth in the conference and sixth in Franklin history.
- Ava Egolf (North Manchester, Ind.) Manchester University | Distance | Sophomore - Ava Egof ran the steeplechase for the first time in her career, winning the Manchester Invitational by 40 seconds. Her time of 11:44.27 is currently second in the HCAC, and 11th in the Great Lakes Region. Her time was also the third fastest in Manchester history.
- Ella Detjen (Lexington, Ky.) Transylvania University | Distance | First-year - Ella Detjen finished second in the 1500m at the Centre Outdoor Invitational, running 4:53.79. Her mark is a new Transylvania school record.
