Women’s Throws Athlete of the Week:
Katrina Sejour (Logansport, Ind.) Manchester University | Throws | Junior - Katrina Sejour set a new PR in the hammer with a throw of 51.85m, which currently ranks 14th in the nation, first in the Great Lakes Region, fourth all-time in the HCAC, and third in Manchester history all-time. She also set a PR in discus with a mark of 32.83m, which is currently ninth in the HCAC in discus.
Women’s Jumps Athlete of the Week:
Grace Tincher (Palmyra, Ind.) Franklin College | Jumps | Freshman - Grace Tincher had a career day outdoors at the Indiana DIII Championships on Saturday. She took the win with a mark of 5.64m, good for a Franklin school record, first in the HCAC, fourth HCAC all-time, third in the Great Lakes Region, and 15th in NCAA DIII.
Women's Sprints/Hurdles Athlete of the Week:
Rose Talbert (Monticello, Ill.) Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology | Sprints | Junior - Rose Talbert had an exceptional performance at the Indiana DIII Championships. Talbert earned two event wins in the 400m dash with a time of 55.47 and the 200m dash time of 25.27. She was also a member of the third-place finishing 4x100m relay team that broke the school record with a time of 48.64. Her time in the 400 leads the conference this season, ranks second in the region, and seventh in all of NCAA DIII. Her 200 time ranks second in the conference and ninth in the region. The relay team's time leads the conference and ranks 12th in the region.
Women's Distance Athlete of the Week:
Jocelyn Onstot (Cary, Ill.) Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology | Distance | Junior - Jocelyn Onstot had an incredible record-breaking weekend. Onstot started her week at the Lee Fast Break Athletics Invitational, earning a third-place finish in the 1500m run with a time of 4:34.89. Her time breaks a 13-year-old Rose-Hulman record. Onstot then went on to break another school record at the Indiana DIII Championships with a first-place finish in the 800m run with a time of 2:15.52. This breaks a 16-year-old school record in the event. Both of her times lead the conference this season. Her 800m time is fifth in the region, while her 1500 time is third in the region and 26th in all of NCAA DIII.

Throws
- Lai'Lonie Waller-Thomas (Fort Wayne, Ind.) Anderson University | Throws | Freshman - Lai'Lonie Waller-Thomas had two personal bests by over a meter this past weekend to get fourth in discus and seventh in hammer.
- Berkley Shelton (Anderson, Ind.) Earlham College | Throws | Junior - Berkley Shelton had another dominant day at the javelin. She earned a second-place finish throwing 32.52m, which raises the bar for second in the HCAC. She was also the top HCAC finisher in the event. This throw was also good for third all-time in school history. She then doubled back and snagged an eighth place finish in the shot put, going over 10m in the event. She currently sits top-10 in the conference in the event as well.
- Sienna Slaughter (Louisville, Ky.) Mount St. Joseph University | Throws | Senior - Sienna Slaughter was the All-Ohio champion in the hammer throw over the weekend with a new personal best mark of 49.58m. This makes back-to-back weeks of breaking her own school record and she remains second in the HCAC, second in the region, and 31st in the nation.
- Carolina Snyder-Perez (Houston, Texas) Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology | Throws | Senior - Carolina Snyder-Perez led the throws team for Rose-Hulman this week at the Indiana DIII Championships. Snyder-Perez earned a third-place finish in the discus with a mark of 36.51m. She also earned a fourth-place finish in the hammer throw with a mark of 42.16m. She then earned a fifth-place finish in the shot put with a mark of 10.56m.
Jumps
- Samantah Stetzel (Huntington, Ind.) Manchester University | Jumps | Freshman - Samantha Stetzel jumped 1.53m in high jump at the Indiana DIII Championship for a second-place finish. This jump has her ranked third in the HCAC.
- Aunaleisa Newhart (Camden, Ohio) Mount St. Joseph University | Jumps | Freshman - Aunaleisa Newhart finished third in the high jump at the NKU Norse Invitational. Her mark of 1.55m is a new PR that ties her for second all-time in Mount St. Joseph history. The performance currently lands her at second in the conference rankings.
- Ainsley Coffey (Mesa, Ariz.) Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology | Jumps | Freshman - Ainsley Coffey led the jumpers for Rose-Hulman this week. Coffey placed fifth in the triple jump with a mark of 8.52m. She then earned another fifth-place finish in the 100m hurdles with a time of 16.67.
Sprints/Hurdles
- Kristin Fischli (St Petersburg, Fla.) Berea College | Sprints | Senior - Kristin Fischli crossed the line in the 400m with a time of 58.70, which makes her the third Berea student-athlete in history to ever go sub-59 seconds and nearly a full second faster than her previous personal best. The time won her the 400m race at the Scots Invitational. Fischli then led her 4x400m relay team to a season-best time of 4:07.98, which is good enough for ninth all-time in Berea history. Her 400m time ranks her third and her 4x400m relay time ranks her second in the HCAC.
- Coco Truelove (Albion, Ind.) Manchester University | Sprints | Sophomore - Coco Truelove ran 12.86 in the 100m and 26.64 in the 200m at the Indiana DIII Championship. Both were seventh-place finishes and are season bests and have her ranked fifth and sixth in the HCAC, respectively.
Distance
- Andrea Diaz (Bluffton, Ind.) Berea College | Distance | Sophomore - Andrea Diaz had a five-second PR in the 1500m and finished in 5:35.20.
- Madison Stonestreet (Clarksburg, W.Va.) Berea College | Distance | Senior - Madison Stonestreet won the 1500m at the Scots Invitational in a time of 4:56.43. Stonestreet followed that up by running anchor on the 4x400m relay and ran a split of 1:03.38 to help secure the first place finish for Berea. The time of 4:07.98 puts the team of Hampton, Fischli, Davenport, and Stonestreet ninth all-time in school history.
- Cleo Saltz (Bedford Hills, N.Y.) Earlham College | Distance | Sophomore - Cleo Saltz made her 10000m debut this weekend finishing in 39:16.90, which was good for second overall. She was the top HCAC finisher and that time was also good for second in the conference.
- Chesnee Miller (Akron, Ind.) Manchester University | Distance | Sophomore - Chesnee ran two big PRs on Saturday. Her 1500m race of 3:35.56 is a 10-second PR and a new school record. She followed that up with a two-second PR of 2:16.33 in the 800m for the third best time in Manchester history. Her 1500m currently ranks second in HCAC, fifth in the Great Lakes Region, and 33rd nationally. Her 800m currently ranks second in the HCAC and eighth in the region.
- Ella Detjen (Lexington, Ky.) Transylvania University | Distance | First-year - Ella Detjen ran 17:08.09 at the Lee Fast Break Athletics Invitational. Her performance is a 28-second personal best and is ranked 39th in the NCAA, second in the Great Lakes Region, and fourth in the HCAC all time.
