Vineet Ranade will represent Rose-Hulman and the HCAC at the 2025 DIII Swimming & Diving Championships

CARMEL, Ind. – One Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) individual qualified for the 2025 NCAA Men’s and Women’s Swimming and Diving National Championship.
 
The 2025 NCAA DIII Swimming and Diving Championships will take place on March 19-22 in Greensboro, NC. at the Greensboro Aquatic Center.

Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology senior swimming standout, Vineet Ranade, will represent the Fightin' Engineers at the NCAA Division III Swimming and Diving National Championships.

After qualifying for the 200 Freestyle last season, Ranade tripled his success this season as he qualified for three different events at the 2025 national championships.

The computer engineering major earned the #12 seed in the 200 Freestyle with his personal best time of 1:37.95, breaking the all-time HCAC record at the HCAC Championship meet.

Ranade also earned the #13 seed in the 200 IM again with a personal best time of 1:48.61 and again breaking the all-time HCAC record at the HCAC Championship meet.

The Mountain View, California native capped off his qualifying events with another personal best and HCAC record, earning the #14 seed in the 200 Breaststroke with a time of 1:59.50.

Ranade was named the 2025 HCAC Swimmer of the Year at the recent HCAC Championships after winning seven HCAC gold medals, setting six school records, setting four HCAC Meet records, setting four all-time HCAC records, and recording three B-cut times in the meet.
