CARMEL, Ind. – The Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) Women’s Indoor Track & Field teams competed in week eight of the 2025-26 season.

Athletes of the Week: 
Women’s Throws Athlete of the Week:
Katrina Sejour (Logansport, Ind.) Manchester University | Throws | Junior - Katrina Sejour threw over a meter personal-best in the weight. Her throw of 16.96m is third all-time for Manchester and fourth all-time in the HCAC. Her toss is also 26th in the nation.

Women’s Jumps Athlete of the Week:
Samantha Stetzel (Huntington, Ind.) Manchester University | Jumps | Freshman - Samantha Stetzel jumped 1.49m in the high jump at the ONU Polar bear meet over the weekend.

Women's Sprints/Hurdles Athlete of the Week:
Olivia Sparks (Lexington, Ky.) Transylvania University | Sprints | Junior - Olivia doubled up at the Polar Bear Final Qualifier running 57.85 over 400m and 25.65 over 200m. Her 400m performance moved her up in the national rankings, putting her 45th.

Women's Distance Athlete of the Week:
Chesnee Miller (Akron, Ind.) Manchester University | Distance | Sophomore - Chesnee Miller ran a PR of 5:00.46 in the mile at Wartburg over the weekend.  Her time is the second best in Manchester history and sixth in HCAC history.

• Jay’Ana Blakley (Westville, Ind.) Manchester University | Sprints | Senior - Jay’Ana Blakeley ran 8.22 in the 60m over the weekend at the Polar Bear meet.
