Women’s Throws Athlete of the Week:
Madalyn Hudnall (St. Paul, Ind.) Mount St. Joseph University | Throws | Senior - Madalyn Hudnall finished second at the MSJ Alumni Open in the shot put with a conference leading throw of 12.23m.
Women’s Jumps Athlete of the Week:
Prynces Robinson (Houston, Texas) Earlham College | Jumps | Sophomore - Prynces Robinson won the triple jump for the third week in a row. Her leap of 10.79m puts her first in the HCAC. It also places her at third all time in Earlham history. She also came back with a fourth-place finish in the long jump on the day.
Women's Sprints/Hurdles Athlete of the Week:
Narindwa Semakula (New Brighton, Minn.) Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology | Sprints | Senior - Narindwa Semakula was a standout for the Rose-Hulman at the Fairgrounds Invitational. Semakula placed 15th in the 60m hurdles with a time of 9.25. Her time in the race is faster than anyone else in the conference and only trails her time from earlier this season in the Rose-Hulman Classic at 9.21.
Women's Distance Athlete of the Week:
Jocelyn Onstot (Cary, Ill.) Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology | Distance | Junior - Jocelyn Onstot led the distance team this week for Rose-Hulman with an impressive finish in the 3000m run. Onstot placed sixth in the race with a time of 10:17.77 at the Keck Select Meet. This time is a new season best and is the fastest time in the HCAC this year.

Throws
- Abbigal Kohler (Warsaw, Ind.) Manchester University | Throws | Sophomore - Abbigal Kohler competed in the weight throw this week, posting a mark of 15.67m, which was a PR. She also competed in the shot put with a toss of 11.29m. This mark was her season-best..
- Carolina Snyder-Perez (Houston, Texas) Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology | Throws | Senior - Carolina Snyder-Perez Rose-Hulman at the Keck Select Meet. Snyder-Perez placed ninth in the weight throw with a mark of 12.49m and placed 13th in the shot put with a mark of 10.17m. Her mark in the shot put is a new season best and ranks 10th in the HCAC.
Jumps
- Madisyn Danforth (West Port, Ind.) Manchester University | Jumps | Freshman - Madisyn Danforth jumped lifetime PRs in long jump and high jump. Her 5.37m jump in long jump breaks the school record, is second in the HCAC, and is eighth in HCAC all-time. She also jumped 1.48m in high jump, breaking her previous PR of 1.42m.
- Londyn Frazier (Hebron, Ky.) Mount St. Joseph University | Jumps | Senior - Londyn Frazier finished third in the triple jump at this weekend's competition. Also placed eighth in the long jump with an indoor personal-best.
- Audrey Edwards (Tucson, Ariz.) Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology | Jumps | Junior - Audrey Edwards was the top jumps athlete for Rose-Hulman at the Keck Select Meet. Edwards placed 10th in the high jump after clearing a height of 1.50m.
Sprints/Hurdles
- Sophie Minnick (North Liberty, Ind.) Manchester University | Sprints | Sophomore - Sophie Minnick ran 8.33 in the 60m and 28.08 in the 200m. Both were lifetime PRs and are seventh and ninth in school history, respectively.
- Ariel Riddle (Georgetown, Ohio) Mount St. Joseph University | Sprints | Freshman - Ariel Riddle finished fifth in the 400m dash and was the lead-off runner for the runner-up 4x200m relay team on Saturday. The 400m time is a season-best for Ariel and the relay is top-5 all-time in MSJ history.
Distance
- Cleo Saltz (Bedford Hills, N.Y.) Earlham College | Distance | Sophomore - Cleo Saltz made her 2026 5000m debut with a 19:12 this past weekend, finishing second in the event as the top DIII finisher. She is now second in school history in the event and enters the ranks as No. 5 in the conference.
- Raiden Norris (Michigantown, Ind.) Manchester University | Distance | Sophomore - Raiden Norris ran a 40-second lifetime PR in the mile over the weekend winning her heat at the Trine meet. Her time was 5:43.25.
- Amanda Zerhusen (Cincinnati, Ohio) Mount St. Joseph University | Distance | Sophomore - Amanda Zerhusen broke her own indoor school record for the mile with a time of 5:29. She is currently eighth in the conference after finishing third at the MSJ Alumni Open.
