Women’s Throws Athlete of the Week:
Abbigal Kohler (Warsaw, Ind.) Manchester University | Throws | Sophomore - Abbigal Kohler threw a PR of 15.09m in the weight over the weekend. Her toss is a conference leading mark, fifth in Manchester history. She currently ranks fourth in the Great Lakes Region.
Women’s Jumps Athlete of the Week:
Grace Tincher (Palmyra, Ind.) Franklin College | Jumps | Freshman - Grace Tincher made her collegiate debut by shattering the existing Franklin College school record in the long jump. She lept 5.46m at the Friday Night Spikes meet. This mark ranks her third in HCAC all-time and currently top-25 nationally in Division III.
Women's Sprints/Hurdles Athlete of the Week:
Olivia Sparks (Lexington, Ky.) Transylvania University | Sprints | Junior - Olivia opened up her season in the 200m at the Bellarmine Open with a heat win in 25.80. Her mark is her fastest ever opener and is currently 47th in the nation.
Women's Distance Athlete of the Week:
Chesnee Miller (Akron, Ind.) Manchester University | Distance | Sophomore - Chesnee Miller won the 3000m race at Rob and Patty Lydic Invitational. Her time of 10:25.67 is a conference leading mark, the fourth fastest 3K in school history, and the sixth fastest on HCAC list. She is currently ranked seventh in the Great Lakes Region.

Throws
- Lai'Lonie Waller-Thomas (Fort Wayne, Ind.) Anderson University | Throws | Freshman - Lai'Lonie opened her career with a 9.10m shot put and a 11.05m weight throw to put her ninth and seventh, respectively, in the conference.
- Carolina Snyder-Perez (Houston, Texas) Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology | Throws | Senior - Carolina Snyder-Perez helped Rose-Hulman earn a second-place team finish at the Friday Night Spikes Larry Cole Opener. Snyder-Perez finished first in the weight throw with a mark of 12.95m. Her mark in the event ranks fifth in the conference this season.
Jumps
- Samantha Stetzel (Huntington, Ind.) Manchester University | Jumps | Freshman - Samantha Stetzel jumped 1.52m in the high jump, setting an indoor PR and recording the seventh best jump in school history. Her mark is a conference leading mark and ranks 16th in the Great Lakes Region.
- Irene Lema Madueno (Arcadia, Calif.) Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology | Jumps | Junior - Irene Lema Madueno helped Rose-Hulman finish second at the Friday Night Spikes Larry Cole Opener. Madueno picked up an event win in the pole vault after clearing a height of 2.97m. Her mark is the best in the conference so far this season.
Sprints/Hurdles
- Naomi Hoover (Columbus, Ohio) Anderson University | Sprints | Freshman - Naomi Hoover opened her season with a 1:06.12 in the 400m, putting her fifth in the conference.
- Grace Tincher (Palmyra, Ind.) Franklin College | Sprints | Freshman - Grace Tincher clocked in at 7.95 in the prelims at the Friday Night Spikes meet as she made her collegiate debut. The mark places her second all-time in Franklin College history and is currently first in the HCAC.
- Sophie Minnick (North Liberty, Ind.) Manchester University | Sprints | Sophomore - Sophie Minnick ran 8.63 in the 60m and 28.23 in the 200m. Both times were PRs with her 200m time ranking eighth best in Manchester history.
- Rose Talbert (Monticello, Ill.) Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology | Sprints | Junior - Rose Talbert was the top sprinter for Rose-Hulman in the team's second-place finish at the Friday Night Spikes Larry Cole Opener. Talbert earned an event win in the 400m dash with a time of 1:00.85. Talbert leads the conference with the fastest time in the event so far this season.
Distance
- Lyvia Salo (Mooresville, Ind.) Anderson University | Distance | Sophomore - Lyvia Salo had a 30 second personal-best in the 3000m to open the season. She finished the race in 13:08.33.
- Jocelyn Onstot (Cary, Ill.) Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology | Distance | Junior - Jocelyn Onstot helped Rose-Hulman finish second as a team at the Friday Night Spikes Larry Cole Opener. Onstot earned an event win in the 800m run with a time of 2:19.08. This is the fastest time in the event in the conference so far this season.
