CARMEL, Ind. – The Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) Women's Outdoor Track and Field teams competed in week five of the 2025 season.

Women's Throws Athlete of the Week:
Sienna Slaughter (Mt. Washington, Ky.) Mount St. Joseph University | Throws | Junior - Finished in 2nd place at the Centre Twilight meet in the hammer with a throw of 41.65m.
Women's Sprints/Hurdles Athlete of the Week:
Rose Talbert (Monticello, Ill.) Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology | Sprints | Sophomore - Rose Talbert had another record-breaking performance in the Fightin' Engineers Twilight Invitational. Talbert claimed an event win in the 400-meter dash to set a new school record in the event with a time of 56.07. Her time leads the conference this season and ranks 20th in all of NCAA DIII.
Women's Jumps Athlete of the Week:
Jakeisha Lewis (Huntsville, Ala.) Berea College | Jumps | Senior - Jakeisha jumped a near personal best in the long jump, flying out to 5.17m at the Centre Twilight Invitational. The mark currently leads the HCAC.
Women's Distance Athlete of the Week:
Jocelyn Onsot (Cary, Ill.) Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology | Distance | Sophomore - Jocelyn Onstot led the distance team at the Twilight Invitational with an event win in the 1500-meter run with a time of 4:46.42. Her time ranks second in the Rose-Hulman record book and is the fastest time in the HCAC this season.

Throws Athletes:
- Timeria Jackson (Hot Springs, Ariz.) Berea College | Throws | Junior - Katie threw a collegiate PR of 26.82m in the discus to take 8th place and threw a season best of 9.56m in shot put to take 7th, at the Scots Invitational.
- Ali Risner (Wheatfield, Ind.) Manchester University | Throws | Senior - Senior Ali Risner, in the last meet of her career, had a Triple PR performance in the Shot, Discus, and Hammer Throws!!!
- Carolina Snyder-Perez (Houston, Texas) Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology | Throws | Junior - Carolina Snyder-Perez claimed a third-place finish in the discus with a mark of 37.46 meters. Snyder-Perez also placed fifth in the shot put (10.48 meters) and sixth in the hammer (38.09 meters).
Jumps Athletes:
- Jay'ana Blakely (Westville, Ind.) Manchester University | Jumps | Junior - Jay’ana Blakely in her first ever TJ jumper 9.55m and placed 3rd at the meet.
- Audrey Edwards (Tucson, Ariz.) Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology | Jumps | Sophomore - Audrey Edwards earned a second-place finish in the high jump after clearing a height of 1.58 meters.
Sprints/Hurdles Athletes:
- Kristin Fischili (St. Petersburg, Fla.) Berea College | Sprints | Junior - Kristin ran a PR in the 400m to take second at the Centre Twilight Invitational, running a time of 1:00.04.
- 4x100 Relay (North Manchester, Ind.) Manchester University | Sprints - Relay team of Jay’ana, Coco, Irma, and Anna ran a season's best of 51.47 in the 4x1, dropping over a half second from their previous time. This time is currently 2nd in the HCAC.
- Olivia Sparks (Lexington, Ky.) Transylvania University | Sprints | Sophomore - Olivia took the W over 400m at Centre Twilight running a new PB / SR of 57.86. That mark ranks her 11th in the GL. She also doubled back to run a PB in the 100m of 12.46 which puts her 4th in the HCAC.
Distance Athletes:
- Brooke Donley (Moscow, Ohio) Berea College | Distance | Sophomore - Brooke ran a 1500m PR going sub-6 for the first time in her career. Running 5:58.82.
- Cleo Saltz (Bedford Hills, N.Y.) Earlham College | Distance | First Year - Cleo ran a 4:54 in the 1500. Which was an 8 second PR. Moved her to #3 in the conference.
- Sophia Chen (Portland, Ore.) Manchester University | Distance | First Year - Sophia ran a lifetime pr in the 800m over the weekend. Her time was 2:27.85
- Kaycee Moore (Morehead, Ky.) Transylvania University | Distance | Junior - Kaycee finished 2nd overall (first collegian) at Centre Twilight, running a new PB and SR of 4:56.23.
