CARMEL, Ind. – The Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) is poised to host the 2021 Women’s Tennis Championship October 13-17, 2021.

Transylvania University, who finished the regular season unbeaten, picks up the 2021 HCAC Regular Season title and the No. 1 seed heading into the post season. The Pioneers will look to defend their Spring 2021 Tournament Championship heading into the 2021 post-season.
Anderson University earned the No. 2 seed and a first-round bye in the tournament, finishing the regular season with a mark of 4-1 in league play. Hanover College finished as the No. 3 seed, with their 3-2 mark earning them first round hosting rights. Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology will join the Ravens in hosting duties, finishing as the No. 4 seed with a 2-3 mark in HCAC play. Both teams will be in action on Wednesday, Oct. 13.
Hitting the road to try to extend their seasons are Franklin College, who’s mark of 1-4 in the regular season earned them the No. 5 seed and Manchester University, who finished as the No. 6 seed with an 0-5 record.
The winners of the quarterfinal rounds will advance to face the No. 1 and 2 seeds on Saturday, October 16 at Top Seed Tennis Club in Nicholasville, Ky. The Championship contest will be contested on Sunday, October 17 between the remaining teams at Top Seed Tennis Club.
