Athlete of the Week:
Kenna Harbin (Greenwood, Ind.) Franklin College | Freshman - Kenna Harbin rolled to straight-set victories at No. 1 singles against both Trine (6-3, 6-2) and Webster (6-1, 6-0) and she teamed with Ailyn Hendricks and Eleanor Stillabower at No. 1 doubles in those matches for 6-0 and 6-1 wins.
Notable Performances:
- Kara Buehnerkemper (Fishers, Ind.) Anderson University | Freshman - Kara Buehnerkemper won the No. 4 singles flight in the DePauw Fall Invitational, going 3-0 in singles. She also went 2-1 in No. 3 doubles flight of the DePauw Fall Invitational.
- Annamarie Stogsdill (Nineveh, Ind.) Hanover College | Junior - Annamarie Stogsdill competed for Hanover at the DePauw Invitational over the weekend. The junior tallied a victory in singles play, defeating her Rose-Hulman opponent 6-4, 6-1. In doubles action, she teamed up with Crist to knock off Rose-Hulman in the No. 1 position, 6-2. They claimed another match over Marian University, 8-5.
- Abigail Kallio (Kimberly, Wis.) Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology | Junior - Abigail Kallio led Rose-Hulman as it opened its season at the DePauw Invitational. Kallio went 4-2 overall on the weekend, earning runner-up finishes in the No. 6 singles and No. 3 doubles draws.
