TERRE HAUTE, IN – The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology men’s and Hanover College women’s track and field team held off Defiance and Rose-Hulman at the second annual Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Indoor Track and Field Championships held in Terre Haute on February 18.  The Engineers men scored 262 points in the 16 events to hold off Defiance’s 112.5 point effort to claim their second straight HCAC men’s indoor track title.  The Hanover women’s track team earned their first indoor title, holding off host Rose-Hulman by a single point in a highly contested meet.
