Rose-Hulman wins 2024-25 HCAC Commissioner’s Cup

CARMEL, Ind. – The Rose-Hulman Fightin' Engineers have been crowned the 2024-25 Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) Commissioner's Cup Champions.

This is the 20th annual Commissioner's Cup and the honor is awarded to the institutional athletic department that registers the most all-sports points in both men's and women's athletics over the course of the academic year in the HCAC's 22 championships and all affiliate sports. This marks the ninth time that Rose-Hulman has won the Commissioner's Cup, having previously won the award for the 2022-23 academic year.  Athletic Director Ayanna Tweedy leads the Rose-Hulman athletic department.

During the 2024-25 academic year, the Fightin' Engineers claimed the Men's All Sports title and finished second in Women's All Sports points to amass a grand total of 150.51 points and narrowly edge out the second place finishing Transylvania Pioneers.  The Pioneers, who won last year's Commissioner's Cup, sat atop of the Women's All Sports points table again in 2024-25, but dropped to third on the men's side of the ledger.  Still, the Pioneers fell short of the Engineers by less than five points, collecting 146.17 total points for the year.

Hanover College landed in third place for the year, with 126.67 points.  They were followed by Anderson University at 105.66 points and Franklin College at 102.17 points to round out the top five finishing institutions.
