CARMEL, Ind. – The Heartland Collegiate Lacrosse Conference (HCLC) 2025 Women’s Lacrosse Championship Tournament is set, with Transylvania University earning the No. 1 seed.

Following the 2025 regular season, the Pioneers clinched the 2025 Regular Season title with an unblemished 5-0 mark in league play. Anderson University finished in second with a 4-1 mark in conference, nabbing the No. 2 spot. Spalding University (3-2) earned the No. 3 seed.
No. 2 seed Anderson will host Spalding on April 29, with the game slated to start at 7 p.m. Transylvania, as the top seed, will receive a bye in round one and await the winner of the Spalding and Anderson game for Friday night's championship match, with opening draw set for 7 p.m.
