CARMEL, Ind. – The Heartland Collegiate Lacrosse Conference (HCLC) 2025 Men’s Lacrosse Championship Tournament is set, with Transylvania University earning the No. 1 seed.

Following the 2025 regular season, the Pioneers clinched the 2024 Regular Season Title with a perfect 4-0 mark in league play. Hanover College finished in the second slot, with a 3-1 record, while Earlham College (2-2) and Anderson University (1-3) punched their tickets to the post season as the No. 3 and No. 4 seeds respectively.
 
Transylvania will play host to No. 4 Anderson in the opening round on April 23, with the game set to start at 7 p.m. No. 2 seed Hanover College will host Earlham, also on April 23, with the game slated to start at 4 p.m.
 
The winners of the semi-final games will advance to face off at the highest remaining seed in the Championship on April 26, with a 1 p.m. faceoff.
