CARMEL, Ind. – The Heartland Collegiate Lacrosse Conference (HCLC) women’s lacrosse teams competed in week two of the 2026 season.

Athletes of the Week:
Offensive Player of the Week
Julia Jarrells (Mason, Ohio) Hanover College | Midfield | Sophomore - Julia Jarrells led Hanover to a 1-0 week as it defeated Lawrence, 9-5. The sophomore recorded a game-high four goals on six shots, all of which landed on frame. She added two ground balls and caused a turnover.

Defensive Player of the Week
Whitney White (Fort Brag, N.C.) Spalding University | Goalkeeper | Junior - Whitney White tallied 12 saves and only allowed two goals in a win over Alma on Thursday. She also tallied five ground balls in the win.

Notable Performances:
  • Emma Williams (St. Louis, Mo.) Spalding University | Midfield | Sophomore - Emma Williams claimed the win in frame as Hanover defeated Lawrence. The junior recorded four saves through 60 minutes of action.
  • Nicole Hollowell (Orlando, Fla.) Spalding University | Midfield/Defense | Senior - Nicole Hollowell tallied three goals and three ground balls in the win over Alma on Thursday.
