RICHMOND, Ind. - The 2025 Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) Men's Golf Championship got underway on Friday at Forest Hills Country Club, hosted by Earlham College.

After the first day of play, Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology is off to a strong start and sits a top the leader board with a score of -13 (293). Behind the Fightin' Engineers in second place is Transylvania University who shot +17 (297). In third place is Anderson University sitting at +28 (308).
Leading all individual players is
Nate Benson of Rose-Hulman who shot +1 (71), on the first day of competition. In second place are fellow Fightin' Engineers
Owen King, and
Austin Frick, and Franklin's
Nick Stewart shooting +2 (72). In fifth place, Transylvania's
Tyler Allred, Anderson's
Luke LeBourdias, and Transylvania's
William Carr who are all sitting at +3 (73).
Day two action tees off on Saturday at 8 a.m. at Forest Hills Country Club.
Benson will fight to stay atop the individual leaderboard, while
Transylvania and Anderson try to top Benson and rest of the Fightin' Engineers for the top spot.
