CARMEL, Ind. – The Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) announced the results of the Softball preseason poll, with Transylvania University voted to finish first in the 2024 season.
The Pioneers took first in a vote of league coaches, with 81 points and nine first-place votes. Mount St. Joseph University finished in second with 71 points. Franklin College snagged third with 67 points and the remaining first-place vote, while Hanover College and Manchester University tied for fourth place with 51 points, thus rounding out the top half of the poll.
