CHICAGO, Ill. – Following the first round of action in the 2022 HCLC Men’s Lacrosse Championship, Colorado College and Southwestern University punched their tickets to the championship.

In the first matchup of the day, the No. 1 seed from the south division, Colorado College, defeated the No. 2 seed from the north, Anderson University handedly by a score of 22-2.
In the second semifinal matchup it was the No. 2 seed from the south division, Southwestern who rang victorious, downing the No. 1 seed from the north, Hanover College, 18-3.
The two south division teams will meet in the championship on Sunday, May 8 at 1 p.m. CST on the campus of St. Rita Cascia High School in Chicago.
