CARMEL, Ind. – The Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) announced the 2025 Women's Golf All-Conference and major award winners on Tuesday.
Aly Haverstraw (Cincinnati, Ohio) from Mount St. Joseph University was selected as the 2025 HCAC Women's Golf Athlete of the Year. Aly finished her season with 3 individual tournament wins under her belt, winning the Beaver Fall Classic, the Pfeiffer Spring Invitational, and the Earlham Spring Invitational. She also was a 3-time individual runner-up at various tournaments this season. The senior finds herself ranked #17 in the region in Clippd rankings, while sitting at #109 in overall player rankings. Her leadership and performance throughout the year helped lead the Lions to their first ever HCAC Women's Golf Conference title this season.
The league also recognizes an HCAC Newcomer of the Year, a standout student athlete in their first year of athletic eligibility. Mount St. Joseph University's
Debra Brogan (Cincinnati, Ohio) was selected as the 2025 HCAC Women's Golf Newcomer of the Year. The first year was the Stateline Shootout individual champion, while individually finishing in the top 8 in 8 events and top 4 in 5 events throughout this year, including a 3rd place finish at the HCAC Championship. Brogan is currently ranked #35 in the region in Clippd Region Rankings and is at #202 in overall player rankings.

Newcomer of the Year: Debra Brogan, Mount St. Joseph University
The HCAC also honors an All-Conference Team, which the members of those teams are selected by a vote of league coaches.
