The men's 8k race will start at Noon, and the women's 6k race will start at 1 p.m.

A year ago, the Rose-Hulman men’s team claimed the HCAC Championship title, with their 30 points narrowly edging out the competition.

So far this year, the men's cross country action has been very competitive, with two teams in close contention to potentially bring the title home - Rose-Hulman Institute of Techonology and Manchester University. Individually, a few student athletes are showing the speed necessary to contend for the individual title. Senior Spartan Gavin Byerly (Huntington, Ind.), senior Fightin' Engineer Joshua Pohle (Osgood, Ind.), and sophomore Franklin Grizzly William Hirsch (Evansville, Ind.) are the top three individual contenders from this season.

On the women’s side, Hanover College will look to defend its 2024 title, following a dominating 42 point performance from a year ago.

This season's women's competition has been close between four teams - Hanover College, Manchester University, Rose-Human Institute of Technology, and Transylvania University. Individually, the following student-athletes have led the field throughout 2025 - Manchester's Chesnee Miller (Akron, Ind.) and Ayla Cashdollar (North Manchester, Ind.), Transylvania's Ella Detjen (Lexington, Ky.), Rose-Hulman's Jocelyn Onstot (Cary, Ill.), and Berea's Madison Stonestreet (West Milford, W.V.).
