CANTON, Ohio - The Hanover College Panthers claimed the inaugural ForeverLawn Bowl title on Saturday after defeating the Wabash College Little Giants. The Blue and Red trailed for most of the game until the 4th Quarter when they tied the game at 10. The final drive of the game ended in a 38-yard field goal attempt as time expired. Sophomore kicker Clint Hearne (Madison, Ind./Madison Consolidated) was named the FloSports Hero of the game for his efforts in the matchup.
The Opendorse Bowl Series consisted of two games:
Game 1: ForeverLawn Bowl - Hanover 13 vs. Wabash 10
Game 2: Extra Points Bowl featured Marietta vs. Westminster (Pa.)
