A year ago, the Manchester University men’s team claimed the 2023 title, with their 44 points narrowly edging out the competition.

So far this year, the men's cross country action has been very competitive, with three teams in close contention to bring the Title home. Manchester University, led by senior Connor Havens (LaPorte, Ind.) and junior Gavin Byerly (Huntington, Ind.) will look to help the Spartans repeat as Conference Champions. The Fightin' Engineers are led by sophomore Eduardo Del Rosal (Miami, Fla.) and junior Josh Pohle (Osgood, Ind.). Hanover College has been led by senior Ethan Weston (Louisville, Ky.) and junior Connor Watson (Greenwood, Ind.).

On the women’s side, Hanover College will look to defend its 2023 title, with the Panthers looking to repeat following a dominating 41 point performance a year ago.

The women's race has been close between five teams most of the season - Berea, Hanover, Manchester, Rose-Human, and Transylvania. The Berea College Mountaineers have been led by Madison Stonestreet (West Milford, W.V.) and sophomore Muhorakeye Joyeuse (Cincinnati, Ohio). The Hanover College Panthers have been led by junior Callie Swegman (Columbus, Ind.) and Lanie Roberts (Salem, Ind.). The Spartans have been led by first year Chesnee Miller (Akron, Ind.) and junior Rylee Stephany (LaPorte, Ind.). The Fightin' Engineers have been led by sophomore Jocelyn Onstot (Cary, Ill.) and sophomore Brianna Bittel (San Jose, Calif.) The Pioneers this year have been led by junior Sophie Richards (Genoa, Ohio) and junior Camden Wilson (Anniston, Ala.)
