Women's Indoor T&F Report - RHIT Finishes First at Friday Night Invite
INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - Three Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference women's indoor track and field teams traveled to Terre Haute, Ind. to participate in the Rose-Hulman Friday Night Invitational.
 
Rose-Hulman finished first in the nine-team meet with a total of 128 points. Senior Lauren London won the 60-meter hurdles in a time of 9.47 seconds and set a school record in 60-meter prelims before finishing second overall on a time of 8.12. London also helped the 4-x-200 meter relay team capture first-place honors with a time of 1:48.15.
 
Hanover College placed third at the Rose-Hulman Friday Night Invitational with a team total of 77 points. Freshman Alexis Harsh won the long jump at the Friday Night event. The freshman's distance of 5.17 meters is currently tied for sixth-best in the Great Lakes Region. The Panthers placed third overall with 77 total points.
 
The Franklin Grizzlies also participated in Terre Haute at Friday Night Invitational and placed eighth with a team total of 20 points.

Also competing last week were Bluffton, Defiance and Mount St. Joseph. All school's did not post a team score.
