GREENWOOD, IN - The Defiance College women’s track & field team won the six-team Rose-Hulman Early Bird Invitational Saturday. The Jackets held off second place DePauw by 30 points to win the event.
Defiance’s Micah Wilson (Mims, Fla./Astronaut) won two events to lead the Jackets to a team title. The freshman won the 100-meter and 200-meters dashes at the meet. Wilson’s time of 25.93 in the 200-meters currently is the fastest in the HCAC and the 10th fastest time in NCAA Division III this spring.
