Women's Golf Report (Week 3) - Hanover Earns Manchester Invite Title

GREENWOOD, IN - Junior Brooke McKay (Carmel, Ind./H.S.) earned medalist honors and Hanover College’s women’s golf squad captured the team championship at the Manchester University Fall Invitational. The 18-hole event was played at the Honeywell Golf Course in Wabash, Ind.

Hanover totaled 336 strokes to post a 14-shot win against Trine University, which finished second with 350.

McKay placed first for the second time in the past three tournaments, firing an 80 on the par-72, 5,858-yard course.

Manchester, Mount St. Joseph, Anderson, Defiance rounded out the team standings.

This weekend, Anderson, Hanover, Manchester and Rose-Hulman will compete at the Rose-Hulman Invitational, while Transylvania will welcome Franklin for the Transy Invite Saturday.
