Anderson University’s Max Kittle (Algonquin, Ill./Dundee-Crown) took part in four event wins at the Anderson Invitational Saturday and has been named the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Men’s Indoor Track Athlete of the Week for the second time.
The junior won the 200-meters with a time of 22.38 and claimed first place in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 8.26. Kittle was also a member of the winning 800-meter and 1,600-meter relay teams.
Kittle’s time in the 200-meters currently stands as the ninth best in the nation this indoor season.
Anderson placed second at the nine team event.
