GREENWOOD, IN - Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology senior Drew Belk (Jasper, Ind./H.S.) scored a career-high four goals to lead the men's soccer team past Bluffton University 5-0 on Sunday night at Lima Senior High School.
Belk scored once in the first half and added three second half goals to lift the Fightin' Engineers to a victory in their Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference opener.
The four-goal effort marked the fourth performance of four goals or more in a game during Rose-Hulman's soccer history.
Rose-Hulman (4-4-2, 1-0 HCAC) is scheduled to face Anderson and Defiance in league play this week.

Transylvania, Defiance, Hanover, and Earlham all opened the conference schedule with a win Saturday.
The Pioneers (7-2-1, 1-0 HCAC) beat Anderson 6-0 as Eric Froschauer (Union, Ky./Ryle) and Kyle Smith (Cincinnati, Ohio/LaSalle) each scored a pair of goals in the win.
Hanover and Earlham each earned 2-0 wins, while Defiance slipped past MSJ 1-0.
